Refund and Returns Policy
If it comes to the unlikely event that you still haven’t received your posies way past the due date, please contact me as soon as possible so I can investigate your order. If you gave me the wrong address, I am happy to redeliver as long as you pay for the additional new shipping fees. However, I am not responsible if the recipient is not at the destination when the posies arrive. When providing delivery details please consider timing as I prefer that someone is there when the posies have arrived so they are not left there by themselves. I will leave the posies in the safest place possible and if someone isn’t there when I arrive, I will let you know.
To avoid any delay with your posies arriving, if you have checked the wrong delivery charge, I have the right to send you the fee with the rest of the cost.
RETURNS AND EXCHANGE POLICY
Elegance By Emily is committed to providing quality and service. If you are not happy with your order, please let me know. If it is reasonable I can redeliver a new posie that you are happier with.
You can return the unwanted posies (Fresh poises excluded) to me within one week of the purchase. All returned product unused and is in resalable condition with proof of purchase and a explained reason with the return.
You can pay in cash on the day or I accept bank transfers
I can only provide seasonal flowers. Seasonal conditions affect the supply of flowers and foliage.
